Hello, and welcome to the Driftwood journal.
We’ve talked about starting one for a while. Now we are. This is the place for the things we love — coffee, food, events, and the slow life of a small coastal café.
What to expect
Recipes & baking — Anna and Erik share what they actually make at home, from the morning loaf to seasonal surprises.
Behind the counter — How an event comes together, what arrives with a delivery of fresh-roasted beans, the corners of the café we are working on.
Local stories — We like to lift up the neighbours, the makers, and the small initiatives that make Cove Bay feel like home.
