The summer menu is here

Erik has put together a summer menu — light, seasonal, a new loaf we are proud of, and a few drinks for warmer afternoons.

Summer is here, and we are marking it with a new menu.

Erik has spent the past few weeks experimenting in the kitchen. We have been eating well at work. Time to share.

New on the menu

The summer loaf — A sourdough with poppy seeds, roasted fennel, and a hint of lemon zest. Baked fresh every morning, out of the oven for opening. Goes especially well with our new strawberry-and-cream spread.

Iced matcha latte — Ceremonial-grade matcha, oat milk, and a touch of vanilla if you want it sweeter. The drink of the summer.

Halloumi sandwich — Grilled halloumi, tzatziki, blistered cherry tomatoes, and rocket on the new summer loaf. Vegetarian and properly filling.

Strawberry smoothie — Local strawberries, banana, ginger, and a squeeze of lime. No added sugar — the fruit does the work.

What’s leaving

We are saying goodbye to the winter soups and root-vegetable dishes for now. They will be back in September. The winter hot chocolate becomes an iced version through the summer months.

Summer opening hours

Through July we are extending weekend hours a touch:

  • Friday–Saturday: 08:00–20:00
  • Sunday: 10:00–18:00
